Authorities slap PSA on Noor Mohd Kalwal

Srinagar, Sep 19 The authorities on Monday slapped Public Safety Act (PSA) on JKLF leader Noor Mohd Kalwal and shifted him to Kotbolwal jail in Jammu. Sources told Us that Kalwal who continued to remain under detention since more than two months was shifted to Jammu jail after authorities slapped PSA on him.
